Air Travel: ISC 2009 Airfare Special with American Airlines
American Airlines is the official carrier for the International Shelby Conference 2009. Arrangements are in place for conference attendees to receive a 5 percent discount on American Airlines, American Eagle, and AmericanConnections.
The Coach Class discount applies to most applicable fares that are available for your date and time of travel. Please note that ‘Q’ and ‘O’ inventories are not eligible for a discount.
Look online for fare and schedule information and to make your reservations. After selecting your flight(s) under ‘Enter Passenger Details’ go to the ‘AA.com Discount Code’ field and type A1859AM. This discount code is valid May 26 - June 10, 2008 for travel in and out of DFW Airport and Love Field in Dallas, TX.
If you need to reserve by phone, please call American Airlines Meeting Services at 800-433-1790 and provide the Discount Code. Hours of phone operation are 5:00 a.m. – 12:00 midnight Central Time daily.
Airlines
The city of Dallas contains two major airports. Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the closest major airport and is approximately 30 minutes to the InterContinental Dallas Hotel. Dallas Love Field (DAL) is also in the area and is approximately 20 minutes to the hotel.
Make travel arrangements with your local travel agent or via the Internet at any of the standard airline Web sites.
Most major airlines including AirTran, American Airlines, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Northwest, and United fly into DFW. Dallas Love Field receives flights on Southwest, Continental, and American Airlines.
Many Internet-based companies offer discount airfares, including Orbitz, Priceline and Travelocity.

Self Parking is at no charge for both covered and uncovered areas in the rear of the hotel. Valet parking is $10/day and $12/day and overnight. |
