Kyle Brown was raised in the Wichita Falls, TX area and has lived in Albuquerque, NM and Colorado Springs, CO. His 20-year career has spanned multiple aspects of the computer industry, including National Manager of a computer retail chain and Manager of a computer service center.
Kyle has earned numerous certifications in hardware, software, and networking systems. In 1994 Kyle was called into the ministry to use his knowledge and skills with computers and networks. From October 1994 to February 1999 he was employed by Fielder Road Baptist Church in Arlington, TX as LAN Manager & Technology Coordinator.
The many years Kyle provided support, installation, and consulting for churches and other not-for-profit organizations culminated in February 1999 when Kyle launched computer and network support and service. IDS has grown to include Web hosting, Web design, and data recovery. Kyle later founded ChurchIT.net to help other information technology professionals network. Most recently, Kyle started Youth Intelligence to help parents turn the internet into a positive tool for children.
